Any place having a population over 4 lakh within a radius of 150 km.

Q. What is the investment?
Franchise need to deposit Rs 1 lakh to the joint account of Repair Kochi and Franchise. Rs 75000 will be safely parked there and Rs 25000 will be used as incidental expenses.

Q. What is the expected turnover?
Over 200 lakh turnover per franchise.

Q. What is the eligibility of franchise?
B.Tech or MBA graduates/course completed people can apply for their hometowns.
Small business owners can apply for their hometowns
Corporates who can handle multiple cities for state wide operations.

Q. Who will arrange the labourers?
Trained site engineers and trained workers will be provided by Team RepairKochi for the initial operations.

Visit the site as the client leads provided by Team RepairKochi and handover the data to team RepairKochi. Discuss the proposal and drawing provided by Team RepairKochi with the client and convert the business. Be the physical presence for any needs at your area.

Q. How many franchise partners are allowed in your city?
Normally only one exclusive franchise partner will be there in one city and its suburbs.

Q. What type of office? Its location and interiors?
The location, interiors, size of office is irrelevant. Practically we just need an address for receiving letters. A shelf to keep the files. No clients or vendors or even staff to be expected to visit the office of franchise. A Google listing will be based on the existing office/home of franchise partner. The franchise partner can operate from his home/existing office.

Q. What is the minimum number of staffs required in each franchise?
The franchise partner may employ a technically qualified person for taking the measurement of site. But even if staff is doing the measurement we need the personal attention of franchise partner. As we are expecting just 4 enquiries in the first three months. We suggest sparing one day in every week for the site inspection and avoiding staff until the commencement of first project.
